Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Legal statewide in Washington — sign from anywhere, no travel required. You'll need a webcam, a valid photo ID, and a stable internet connection. Since there's no travel time involved, RON sessions can often be scheduled faster than mobile appointments.
Pricing
Washington caps the fee for a standard notarial act at $15 per signature. Mobile travel and specialty services are quoted below.
Mobile Notary
Serving Clark and Cowlitz Counties. Travel fee: $35–$100 within Clark County; custom quote for Cowlitz County and areas beyond.
Remote Online Notarization
$25 for the first signature, $10 for each additional signature in the same session. Sign from anywhere in Washington State via secure video call.
Estate & POA Signing
Powers of attorney, wills' self-proving affidavits, and related estate documents — in person or via RON where applicable. Serving Clark and Cowlitz Counties. Travel fee: $35–$100 within Clark County; custom quote for Cowlitz County and areas beyond.
Apostille Processing
Document authentication through the Washington Secretary of State — choose the turnaround that fits.
Same-day: $400 + $150 state fee if you bring us the document, or $400 + local travel fee + $150 state fee if we pick it up. Additional documents processed in the same batch: $60 each.
Evening (after 7pm) and weekend appointments available for a flat $25 add-on, applied to any service.
Final pricing depends on number of signatures, distance, and turnaround time. Travel fees and rush service are quoted before booking — no surprise charges.
